Case Notes
The Enter/Review Case Notes allows for complete case management for any service. The most popular features include a “Group Notes” function that makes entering and billing ratio case notes simple, the ability to hide confidential notes based on security permissions, and time analysis reports that create a graphical representation of staff time. Staff can also track daily productivity based on your goals.
Scheduling
Take the burden of scheduling and place it in Advisor’s hands. Advisor’s scheduling module matches available shifts with employees based on their availability and training. Then fine-tune the schedule to ensure you’re meeting the consumer’s needs. Easily view unfilled shifts and each employee’s total scheduled hours. Add Scheduling to our Single-Entry module and you get an unbeatable combination of features to fast-track data entry for billing and payroll, plus the ability to compare scheduled services to your actual service delivery.
Workshop
The Workshop module tracks workshop activities for unlimited consumers, jobs, and job steps. The module offers the flexibility to define each job step as piece rate or hourly, as well as the ability to factor the consumer’s productivity by job step. Billing records and payroll entries are created based on the information entered.
Employment
Advisor’s Employment module was designed specifically to help the pioneers of supported employment manage their growing programs. The module meets Employment First information collection requirements, provides staff with a system to accurately track and report on all client employment experiences, and provides the ability to track who is searching for jobs and the types of jobs they are seeking.
Day Services
No need to guess whether mixed acuity groups meet the required Staff Intensity Ratios. The Day Services module tracks attendance, calculates the Staff Intensity Ratios (SIR), and generates billing related to adult day services. When used with the Single-Entry module, staff time entries can be used to calculate payroll hours.
Outcomes and Services
Document unlimited action steps and outcomes for each individual you serve, including behavior support plans and skill development. Evaluate completion rates and track progress with an extensive set of reports.
Consumer Demographics
Your consumer’s important information shouldn’t be lost in a file folder – it should be readily accessible when your staff needs it. Advisor’s Consumer Demographics module provides a place to securely enter and maintain a wide range of information about the consumers you serve, including residence history, contact information, appointments, conditions, and key relationships. Reporting tools allow you to easily compile and share information.
Report Server
Report Server allows your staff to be more productive by scheduling frequently-used reports to run on a regular basis. Report Server constantly looks for scheduled reports and delivers them directly to the recipient’s email. Reports are sent via PDF to all requested recipients. Scheduled recurring reports can be waiting in each employee’s inbox first thing in the morning…or at a time they prefer.
Forms
Advisor’s Forms module is a flexible, securable, and simple way to enter and track virtually any form your agency has created. Demographic data is automatically populated from Advisor on to the forms, and forms can be directed through a channel of reviewers.
Billing and Receivables
Advisor is the most dynamic billing/receivables package available for Ohio’s DD providers, offering the ability to track authorizations, billing, utilization, payments and receivables for ANY service and ANY funding source. Users appreciate the ability to invoice only what is authorized; to enter billing records only once then manage as needed; and to review receivables by the funding source or by consumer.
Incident Tracking
The Incident Tracking Module provides a single source for tracking the trends and patterns surrounding Unusual Incidents and Major Unusual Incidents. Calculate complete statistics with a few clicks of a button! Easily produce reports required for county and state reporting.
Transportation
Designed for Non-Medical Transportation providers, the Transportation module allows providers to define multiple vehicles, routes and weekly schedules. Weekly schedules generate route sheets for bus drivers to use throughout the week. The completed route sheets are used to make final adjustments to Advisor’s data and generate billing.
Consumer Finances
The Consumer Finances module allows providers to track all of the financial transactions affecting a consumer’s financial picture on a month-to-month basis using user-defined categories. Reports allow providers to easily share appropriate information with family members and county board staff.
Employee H/R
The Employee H/R Module keeps a complete demographic profile for each employee at your fingertips while security settings limit access to sensitive information. Information vital to the success and compliance of an agency is kept in one place, including tracking of certification and training requirements.

Access scanned documentation right where you need it. Advisor interfaces with Intellinetics document management software to provide quick access to important information.
Single-Entry
Ensure that every billable hour is captured! Use Advisor’s Single-Entry Module to enter staff time and consumers present, and then create billing and payroll hours based on that entry. The Single-Entry model virtually eliminates mathematical errors and guarantees that providers bill for every billable hour reported for payroll. Billing is generated for processing in Advisor and payroll hours are fed to your payroll package/service.
Medical History
Advisor’s Medical History module provides a secure location to record and review comprehensive medical data related to every aspect of an individual’s general health and well-being. Diagnosis, providers, appointments and medications are easily accessible in the system or via the Medical History Detail report.
